The Hot Shots Creative Development Society, incorporated as a Non-Profit Society in Alberta, Canada, is dedicated to promoting the growth of youth creative expression. Second Annual Youth Film Festival
Sponsored by the Bresee Foundation, last year's theme was "Undocumented: People Without Papers". The 2007 Festival theme is High School Dropouts.

SikhNet Youth Online Film Festival
Most people in the world don't know who Sikhs are. This Festival - for youth up to age 25, is designed to allow the creativity of young people spread the word about the Sikh culture. You can watch the 2006 entries here.
Privately organized festival for High School and College students. About 400 film entries available for online viewing. This isn't a festival in the tradition sense; there isn't a competition that gives out awards. This site is mostly a place where young filmmakers can post there films (for a fee) so they can get exposure.

Media That Matters Film Festival
Not exclusivity for young people (although many entries are from people under 21), this Festival focuses on short films on "the most important topics of the day". The Festival website includes films from six annual competions.
